As a fast turnaround and delivery is usually desired, I plan and deliver your audio

recording depending on your deadline. Therefore it’s recommended that you specify in

the briefing what your deadline is, so I can make sure your recordings are delivered on

time.

Normally, I can deliver within 48 hours, sometimes faster, depending on the total length of

your script. As bigger projects like e-learnings and audio guides take more recording

time, it’s good to communicate and deliver the length of your script in the briefing phase.

Good to know that I follow the ‘first in, first out’ principle, and I recommend to deliver your script, your deadline and your briefing on time.

When you listen to my audio samples, you already will get a good idea how my voice can

sound on your project. As every particular project asks for a different colour of voice, I

adapt my voice in terms of dynamics (tempo/speed), sort of use (more cheerful vs sec)

and the degree of ‘presence’ you desire.

For bigger projects, I can record a small part of your script, tailor made, with no extra

charge.

Prices are primarily based on the length of your script and how the audio will be used on

different channels.

For example: a recording for a commercial and international publicity campaign, using

different channels in the advertisement-matrix (web/TV/radio) has another cost, than an

internal corporate tutorial movie for educational purpose.

For national or international commercial campaigns, a repeat fee may be applied, when a

recording is used for more than 1 year.

Prices always include:

- preparation & briefing

- use of high end studio facilities and sound booth

- tailored audio recording based on your briefing

- 1 free revision/correction round

- audio files saved according to your specific coding/naming

- non edited & cleaned up/cutted voice recording

Not included/extra’s:

- extra revisions rounds, due to last minute or post recording script changes. If there are

subsequent changes to the script made by you, a small extra fee will be applied.

- extra audio editing (EQ - compression - mastering).

- integration in your project/video montage

- dubbing - lip synced recording (extra fee will be applied)

- travel costs (if applicable)

I record voice overs for TV, radio & web commercials, corporate videos, tutorials,

explainer videos, educational courses & e-learnings, audio guides, podcasts, reports and

documentaries, trailers for TV & Cinema, instore messages (signing) and telephone

messages (IVR), audiobooks and voice off for TV-programs and series.

My recording facilities are based near Leuven, 25 kilometers from Brussels. I record for

local Belgian clients and for agencies and companies all around the world.

Via SourceConnect, it is possible to make a live remote connection and recording  worldwide, in your local studio.

If desired, I can also travel to your external studio. 

Travel costs will be applied.

I am a native Belgian (Flemish) speaker. Flemish is written exactly the same as Dutch, the

native written and spoken language in the Netherlands, but the spoken accent between

Flemish and Dutch sounds quite different.
